Well, okay, do you even know who I am anymore? It’s been about 2 1/2 months that I have been neglecting this blog and I can’t really be sure why. Anything I say will just be an excuse. Promise. I really just didn’t feel like it or had nothing to say or something.
Anyways! A lot has happened in the past few months. Alex is now 16 months old and has about 10 words! It amazes me every day when he just randomly repeats a word I say. I’d say his favorite word by far is “bye”. He loves to walk away from you, turn around and stick his hand in the air and say “bye”. It’s unbelievably adorable. But I am a little biased. He is running and climbing all over the place. We have had to remove some living room furniture so he can’t hurt himself. It amazes me how much decor we have lost because we have a toddler. Nothing at all can be at his level without him thinking it’s a toy.
And because I can’t help myself, here are a few pics from his latest photo shoot that we did in July. He has since gotten a haircut so that mop is gone!
That’s all I have for today. Just a quick update to let you know we haven’t fallen off the face of the earth! I promise to get better at organizing my time for more blogging! Alex needs to learn to type so he can get in on the action =]
